Body Building Is An Art
And every art requires some guidance before u master it 

Since u have searched many articles by now so ill be giving  quick tricks and tips how to achieve a perfect body 
Before u start u should know what body type u have , its very important to know ur body type as this will determine ur muscle growth  
Ectomorphs

Typical traits 

  1. Flat chest
  2. Small shoulders
  3. Thin
  4. Finds it hard to gain weight
     typically this guys r in heat 
     advantage of this guys are:-
  1.  burn calories fast so they rarely get sick. 
  2. supplements work oxygen fuels for this guys.
Disadvantage :-
  1. they need more fuel to burn which contains more amount of fat content
  2. heavy weight training is not advisable for newbies, but ofcourse they can train hardafter there body get use to it.
exercise look points :-
this guys should focus on there diet , supplements r recommended for weight training 
a little weight training focussing on large muscle groups always works .

 Mesomorph
A mesomorph has a large bone structure, large muscles and a naturally athletic physique. Mesomorphs are the best body type for bodybuilding. They find it quite easy to gain and lose weight. They are naturally strong which is the perfect platform for building muscle.

  • Athletic
  • Well defined muscles
  • Rectangular shaped body
  • Strong
  • Gains muscle easily
  • Gains fat more easily than ectomorphs
 advantage of this guys are:-
  1.  This guys easily gain muscles in a short time  
  2. Supplements work oxygen fuels for this guys as well .
Disadvantage :-                                                                                                               
  1. they need more fuel to burn which is rich in proteins vitamins minerals nd little less in fats or they gain weight easily.
  2. heavy weight training is advisable for this guys as weight training makes this guys muscles more dense and firm

this guys should focus on there diet , supplements r recommended for weight training 
work on big muscle groups such a chest , thighs, and cardio always works best for this guys 

Endomorphs

Typical traits 

  • Soft and round body
  • Gains muscle and fat very easily
  • Is generally short
  • Round physique
  • Finds it hard to lose fat
  • Slow metabolism
  • Muscles not so well defined
 Advantage of this guys are:-
  1. this guys have lots of fat to burn this is what is required while u workout .
  2. Supplements work oxygen fuels for this guys as well .
Disadvantage :-
  1. the metabolism rate for this guys is slow nd they require huge amount of care for what they eat
  2. weight training is advisable after a particular weeks of training at gym to get the desired output.
